Ayurvedic Head Massage Treatments

This treatment will improve your blood circulation strengthen the hair roots, nourish the scalp as well as release the flow of prana or energy through the entire body. This massage relieves stress and promotes a restful sleep.
A traditional ayurvedic sesame oil is gently massaged into your head and scalp, during which the hair is combed by the fingers into layers, and the hair is gently pulled to stimulate the blood circulation in the scalp. The treatment is concluded by a massage with aromatic oil to your neck and shoulders.
This will leave you with a heightened sense of awareness, an inner sense of peace and a renewed sense of calm and balance.
